Description
This protein shake dead simple, tasty, and free of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I find protein shakes with flavored protein powder to be gross, so here I'm using unflavored whey, and sweetening it with this stevia sweetened electrolyte mix. Cocoa powder is optional, but I really like that chocolate taste with the saltiness of the electrolytes. This is perfect for athletes; it's a great source of all the following nutrients, all in 1 convenient cup:
- Protein
- Sodium
- Potassium
- Magnesium
- Calcium
- Selenium
- Zinc
- Phosphorus
- Copper
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin C
- Niacin
- Pantothenic Acid
- Biotin
