- 3 tbsp (18 g) Powdered peanut butter ($0.22)
- 1 tbsp (15 g) Low sodium soy sauce ($0.05)
- 1 tbsp (15 g) Balsamic vinegar ($0.24)
- 1/2 tbsp (9 g) Gochujang ($0.07)
- 1/4 tsp (0 g) Ginger, ground ($0.00)
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Water ($0.00)
Instructions
1. In a small glass, mix together the dressing - PB2, gochujang, soy sauce, vineger, and ground ginger. Thin out with water
2. Pour over the salad, and serve. My salad here has lettuce, tomatoes, kimchi, hard boiled eggs, and olives
