Gram Measurements of Various Spices

 As someone who pretty much cooks exclusively with a kitchen scale, spices are one of the few areas I tend to use volumetric measurements, as the numbers are much smaller and more precise. So in order to make things more accurate and consistent, I measured out the weights of all the different spices I could find in my kitchen. Feel free to reference this table any time you need!
