Instructions

- Preheat your oven to as hot as it goes (500F for me) with a pizza stone for around an hour. Heating the stone for a long time gets it as hot as possible, leading to the most browning on the underside of your pizza. This step is optional; if you don't have a pizza stone you can also bake on a cookie sheet
- Add your cauliflower to a food processor, and pulse until you have a rice like consistency. Don't over blend
- Transfer the cauliflower to a medium glass bowl, and cover with a plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, add the rest of the crust ingredients (egg, mozzarella, parmesan, flax, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes) to the bowl and mix
- Add the cauliflower to the bowl, and mix until fully combined. Divide the dough in half for 2 pizzas
- Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper, and flatten into 2 even round crusts
- Blind bake the crust on a preheated stone on the parchment paper until golden brown, about 10 minutes
- Remove the crusts from the oven, top with sauce, cheese, and any other toppings, and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 8 minutes to warm the sauce and melt the cheese. Optionally, broil the top for 1-2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn
- Remove the pizzas from the oven, and transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying
- To reheat, air fry at 400F for 3-5 minutes
