Description
Not only are these brownies much healthier, but they're also dead simple. Just blend together everything in a food processor, transfer to a pan, and bake! Where else are you going to find a delicious brownie recipe that's added sugar free, gluten free, and vegan. Compared to traditional brownies, these bars are lower in unhealthy fats and carbs, while also having more fiber and protein from the beans and nuts. I'll be honest with you, this is essentially just my Double Chocolate Date Cookies baked into brownie form; that's what I call versatility!

Ingredients

- 15.5oz can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 30 deglet noor or 9 medjool Dates
- 1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your oven to 350F, and line a 9x13" pan with parchment paper. Lightly oil the paper
- In a food processor, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to your prepared pan
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until the center is set, a toothpick comes out slightly moist, and the internal temperature is around 195F
- Transfer to a wire rack to totally cool in the fridge before slicing into 24 with a plastic knife
