Description
These easy and healthy bread rolls are made from just rolled oats, cottage cheese, and eggs. They take only a few minutes to prep and rest, and they bake up nice and thin and crispy, perfect for a sandwich or toast. Here, I made a pulled chicken sandwich using my Two Ingredient Salsa Chicken.
