Description
 1 serving of a standard bottle of Caesar dressing contains 120 calories, 12 g of fat, no protein, mayo made from soybean oil, and a paragraph of ingredients. This healthy version on the other hand has less than half the calories, a third of the fat, and quadruple the protein. Plus, it only contains simple ingredients, and is made in just 5 minutes. No raw eggs either! Each serving is about 2 tbsp, or 30 g

  • 2 oz, drained Anchovies, canned
  • 1 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions

  1. Using a small fine mesh strainer, thoroughly drain and rinse your anchovies


  2. Add the anchovies to a small food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge

  3. The cover photo for this recipe is a Caesar salad I made by tossing together half a large head of Romaine lettuce, 1 serving (2 tbsp, 30 g) of this dressing, 1 serving of my White Bean Croutons, and 1/2 oz (15 g) crumbled feta cheese
