This is a stupid idea I had the other day: a protein bar, with no protein powder. I've been making a ton of Copycat Barebell Protein Bars lately, and wanted to do something similar. Instead, I'll be mixing together Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter until I get a thick dough, chill it, and coat in chocolate. With no protein powder, these bars still have 21 g of protein in around 220 calories, with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners
