- 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions

- In a small glass, mix together the dressing - PB2, gochujang, soy sauce, vineger, and ground ginger. Thin out with water
- Pour over the salad, and serve. My salad here has lettuce, tomatoes, kimchi, hard boiled eggs, and olives
