Ingredients
Serving(s)
- 7.5 tbsp Powdered peanut butter
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 1/4 cup Coconut flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar free syrup
- 1 tsp Almond extract
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients - powdered peanut butter, whey, casein, coconut flour, cinnamon, and salt
- Add in the wet ingredients (milk, syrup, and extract). Fold with a silicone spatula until fully combined. The mix should be slightly sticky
- Line a 9x5" bread pan with parchment paper, and evenly press the dough into the pan. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours before slicing. Store in the fridge or freezer, wrapped in parchment paper
