Description
This extra lean pudding packs over 30 g of protein in less than 200 calories, with no added sugar. It's dead simple to put together, and is very low in carbs and fat; just pure protein! Carbs and fats aren't inherently bad by any means, but it's best to get your protein first and foremost, and add any fat (peanut butter) or carbs (mashed banana) if you desire

  1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener until fully combined

  2. You can either use a chocolate flavored protein powder, or use unflavored with a zero calorie sweetener, such as 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) liquid monk fruit or 1 tbsp (20 g) sugar free syrup. Make sure to use whey protein though, as it will dissolve in pudding batter, as opposed to casein, which will make more of a dough

  3. Optionally, mix in some peanut butter for healthy fats, or mash in a ripe banana for some complex carbs
