Description
Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip is a game day staple, but also a calorie bomb. I lightened it up here by avoiding all the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and ranch, but still while preserving that great taste. This goes great with some carrots, chips, or on a salad. This dip is significantly lower in calories and fat, while also being higher in protein, making it more filling and full of nutrients compared to the original. Other great gameday dips are High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip and Low Fat French Onion Dip, which I both highly recommend checking out
