Protein oats can can come in all shapes and sizes. This bigger bowl offers over 50 g of protein for 600 calories. It gets its protein from the yogurt and casein, healthy fats from the chia seeds, fiber from the oats and chia, and natural sweetness from the banana and strawberries. A high protein, high fiber breakfast with healthy fats and no added sugar is the best way to start off your day, without the midmorning crash. You can also check out any of my other oatmeal recipes!
