Protein oats can can come in all shapes and sizes. This bigger bowl offers over 50 g of protein for 600 calories. It gets its protein from the yogurt and casein, healthy fats from the chia seeds, fiber from the oats and chia, and natural sweetness from the banana and strawberries.   1. In a medium bowl, mash your banana with the back of a fork until smooth. Combine with the rest of the ingredients (except the strawberries), and mix until creamy and fully combined

  2. Top with finely diced strawberries. Cover with a plate, and refrigerate overnight. Either eat cold for overnight oats, or microwave on high for 2 minutes (stirring halfway) to eat warm
