 Sweet potato fries are a perfect quick side to a meal or easy snack. They come together in about 15 minutes, and they're much healthier and more flavorful than regular fries. Ingredients

  • 3 medium Sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

  1. Wash your sweet potato, and cut into a fry shape. Add to a bowl, and microwave on high (covered) for 3 minutes

  2. Toss the potato with the oil and the spices

  3. Lightly spray the basket with oil, and arrange the fries in a single layer, giving room for the air to circulate. You may need to fry them in 2 batches. Air fry for about 6 minutes at 400F, or until done to your liking
