Ingredients

- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Basil, dried
- 1 tbsp Thyme, dried
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F
- Wash your zucchini, and cut into wedges. Add the zucchini to a strainer with salt. Mix, and let sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Transfer to a bowl
- Toss the zucchini in a light coating of olive oil. Add in the grated cheese and seasonings (basil, thyme, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt). Coat all the fries in the breading
- Arrange fries in a single layer in your air fryer basket. You may have to do multiple batches if everything doesn't fit
- Lightly spray the tops with oil, and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is crispy and the zucchini is tender
