Description
Most commercial BBQ sauces are loaded with high fructose corn syrup, making them insanely sweet and super bad for you. I prefer to keep mine fully unsweetened, but for a sweeter taste, you can add a little of any sweetener you desire.

Cost
Total Cost: $1.51
Cost per Serving: $0.18

Ingredients
- 14 oz (397 g) Crushed tomatoes ($0.77)
- 1/4 cup (60 g) White vinegar ($0.05)
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Dijon mustard ($0.13)
- 1 tbsp (14 g) Low sodium soy sauce ($0.05)
- 4 tsp (9 g) Paprika ($0.14)
- 4 tsp (11 g) Chili powder ($0.14)
- 2 tsp (6 g) Garlic powder ($0.07)
- 2 tsp (5 g) Onion powder ($0.07)
- 1 tsp (2 g) Black pepper, ground ($0.06)

Instructions
1.  Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium low heat. For some mild sweetness, optionally add some sugar free syrup. Let simmer for about an hour (covered), then transfer to an airtight container in the fridge

2.  I love to use my BBQ sauce in my BBQ Pulled Chicken and Coleslaw, Classic BBQ Meatloaf and Lemon Roasted Broccoli, and Bean Kaled by Cheese
