Description
We've all been there. You want to eat more vegetables, and you hear that steaming them is the most nutritious option, as it preserves most of the vitamins and minerals. So you buy a steamer basket, choke down steamed broccoli once, and never use it again. But no more! In just 10 minutes with nothing but a microwave and a bowl, you can have tasty steamed veggies by using something called seasonings. Wild concept, I know. I'm going simple with just apple cider vinegar and lime pepper over cauliflower today, but use whatever you want. Vegetables are a blank canvas, paint the picture you want to eat
