These simple and healthy chocolate chip cookie bars require only 4 ingredients: mashed bananas, powdered peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. They're very similar to my No Bake Cookie Bars, where here I'm instead opting for low fat powdered peanut butter instead of traditional peanut butter. Nothing wrong with fat, but good to have options! Or check out any of my other cookie recipes!
