 This sweet and sour tropical fruit salsa is perfect for Chicken Fajitas with Peppers. I personally don't bother with buying a whole pineapple and instead get the precut, but ripe fresh mangos are really a must here.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Pineapple
  • 1.5 cup Mango
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1/2 cup Fat free Italian dressing
  • 3 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice, ground
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, mango, and pineapple into very small pieces

  2. Mix the fruit with the ingredients above - dressing, hot sauce, lime, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cilantro
