- 1.5 cup Mango
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Fat free Italian dressing
- 3 tbsp Hot sauce
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
- 1 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1/2 tsp Allspice, ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
