As someone who cooks with minimal oil, I need to make sure to be working healthy fats into my diet. Today, I'm mixing together whole milk Greek yogurt, flaxseed, and nut butter. This yogurt bowl is a great high protein, fat, and fiber breakfast. Because of the full fat dairy, this breakfast is a good source of the newly discovered essential fatty acid C15, which has been shown to be one of the biggest contributors for longevity science. It's relatively low carb, has no added sugar, and is perfectly sweet from the monk fruit and berries. It also has no protein powder if you avoid that, but still packs 34 g of protein per serving

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Plain whole milk greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 4 oz Frozen blueberries
Instructions

- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, and top with blueberries
- Below are some simple substitutions you can try:
- Any natural nut butter will work, like peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, sunflower seed butter, tahini, etc.
- Chia seeds can also be used in place of flax seeds
- Top with any other berries, like strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries
- For the same calories and fat, you can also use an equal amount (3/4 cup, 170 g) plain nonfat greek yogurt, and add 1/2 tbsp (7 g) extra virgin coconut oil (or olvie oil)
