I love protein overnight oats for breakfast, but not everyone has protein powder. These oats are essentially just Very Vic, but with Greek yogurt instead of protein powder, and topped with strawberries. Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Quick oats
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Small pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Skim milk
- 2/3 cup Strawberries
Instructions

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or airtight container. Top with sliced strawberries, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy cold or warm the next day
