Protein overnight oats are easily my favorite breakfast. They are packed with protein and fiber, highly customizable, super easy to prepare the day before, and easy to take on the go. Here is 1 of 5 different recipes that are constantly in my rotation to get you through the work week.

Ingredients
Serving(s)
- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 1/2 scoop Casein protein powder, unflavored
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 2/3 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Skim milk
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1/2 oz, chopped Peanuts
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, top with chopped peanuts, cover, and refrigerate overnight
