Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 1/2 scoop Casein protein powder, unflavored
- 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 2/3 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup Skim milk
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight
