Description
Protein overnight oats are easily my favorite breakfast. Being packed with protein and fiber, highly customizable, super easy to prepare the day before, and easy to take on the go. Here are 5 different recipes that are constantly in my rotation to get you through the work week. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (40 g) Quick oats ($0.13)
- 1 tbsp (12 g) Chia seeds ($0.11)
- 1/2 scoop (15 g) Casein protein powder, unflavored ($0.39)
- Pinch (0 g) Salt ($0.00)
- 1/4 tsp (1.25 g) Liquid stevia or monk fruit ($0.08)
- 2/3 cup (153 g) Plain nonfat greek yogurt ($0.60)
- 1/3 cup (79 g) Unsweetened vanilla almond milk ($0.10)
- 6 tbsp (90 g) Pumpkin puree ($0.31)
- 2 tsp (4 g) Cinnamon ($0.07)
- 1/2 tsp (1 g) Ginger, ground ($0.05)
- 2 tbsp (12 g) Powdered peanut butter ($0.14)

Instructions
1.  Mix the base ingredients in a container (oats, chia seeds, casein, salt, sweetener, yogurt, and milk), then choose one of the flavors

2.  Pumpkin Pie - mix in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, and PB2
