- 3/4 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
- 1 medium Apple, gala
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Dice up your apple, and air fry for 10 minutes at 300F to soften.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and top with the cooked apple. Cover, and refrigerate overnight
- If you want to soften the apple, you can air fry it in slices for 10 minutes at 300F before finely dicing it
