 Plain nonfat greek yogurt combined with whey protein powder makes a protein packed bowl to start your day off right. I've made 4 different variations of yogurt bowls that you can easily prep the night before for an easy breakfast. We have PB&J, Apple Pie, Chocolate, and PB Banana for you to enjoy

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, top with finely diced apple, cover, and refrigerate overnight

  2. If you want to soften the apple, you can air fry it in slices for 10 minutes at 300F before finely dicing it
