Description
What do Gluten Free Chicken Tenders, Freezer Chicken Nuggets, Protein Black Bean Burgers, and Simple Burger Patties all have in common? That's right, a side of fries. I've made Spiced Sweet Potato Fries before by cutting sweet potatoes into long, thin fries and air frying them. But today, I'm using my mandoline to make waffle fries instead. Compared to traditional fries, these have significantly less oil as they're not deep fried. Feel free to swap sweet potatoes for regular white or yellow potatoes. All potatoes are healthy (as long as they're prepared right). Serve with a side of Unsweetened BBQ Sauce or Date Sweetened Ketchup
